HPP ITALIA srl is the first Italian company that believed and invested in High Pressure (HPP) technology for foods. Having installed the first plant in 2014 and a second in 2020, it now has a third with a consequent expansion of production capacity. The company thus becomes the largest THIRD PARTY PROCESSING CENTER in Europe for Food & Beverage products with this innovative treatment.
HPP ITALIA was born from the idea of collaborating with food producers to guide them during the entire process of applying HPP to their products. We take care of all the technical, scientific and process customization measures in order to guarantee the maximum level of food safety and keep the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of the products unchanged.
